Questions
Which payment methods can renew a subscription?
Any of them. Providers that save the buyer’s method charge each renewal on their own; for the rest, including crypto and bank transfers, the buyer pays a renewal from a link we email them.
What happens when a renewal fails?
The subscription is marked past due and the buyer is reminded. If it is still unpaid when the grace period ends, the subscription ends.
