Questions
Where do buyers find their files?
On their receipt page and in the receipt email, as soon as the payment is confirmed. A buyer who loses the email can find the order again with its reference and their email address.
Can I give a file away?
Yes. A free product goes through the same checkout without a payment, so you still keep the buyer’s email and the delivery record.
